| National Rail Enquiries introduces Lisa |
Lisa at National Rail Enquiries is an avatar based on photos of a model rather than a graphic animation.
She can provide ‘hand holding’ for users looking to plan their journey. For example, if you ask her ‘Trains from Reading to Paddington’ and then answer ‘yes’ Lisa will take you step-by-step through the process of using National Rail’s Journey Planner.
The interface includes a tab at the bottom that when clicked reveals FAQs related to the current topic as well as a dropdown menu where the user can choose a different topic.
